Divide Numerator (4/2)/16=2/16=1/8

Divide Denominator 4/(16/2)=4/8=2/4=1/2

Multiply both Numerator and Denominator (4*2)/(16*2)=8/32=4/16=1/4

Divide both Numerator and Denominator (4/2)/16/2)=2/8=1/4
